Complaint Management Policy

Senior Assist Services, Inc. has a system to record, respond, and resolve a consumer’s complaint. Senior Assist Services, Inc, has developed a Client Complaint Form which addresses the following:

  1. The name of consumer
  2. Date of complaint
  3. The nature of the complaint
  4. Provider’s actions to resolve the complaint
  5. The consumer’s satisfaction with the resolution of the complaint
  6. Any follow up that is needed and/or completed

Senior Assist Services will review the consumer complaints quarterly and will analyze the number of complaints resolved to the consumers’ satisfaction as well as analyzing the number of complaints not resolved to the consumer’s satisfaction. 

Senior Assist will measure the number of complaints referred to the Area Agency on Aging and the Office of Long-Term Living.

The provider has a QMP currently being utilized in the consumer’s home.

The provider shall submit a copy of the providers’ complaint system to the Department upon request. 

Senior Assist Services Inc will hold quarterly meetings regarding complaints and resolutions.
